Tips For A Successful Appointment

My goal is to provide you with efficient, reliable, and professional services. Please be prepared for your appointment by following these tips.

Personally appear for your notarization at the agreed upon time and place. All signers must be present in person.
Every signer must bring with them and present proper and valid photo identification (*see complete list below).
Make sure that your document is completed and filled out with the exception of the signature(s) and date.
Ensure that your ID and the name on the documents are the same. They must match.
Please note that all signatories must be able to communicate with the notary. Translators are not permitted for notary services. I am fluent in Spanish.
By law, CA notaries cannot give legal advice - please be sure to speak with your attorney or other advisor and get answers to any questions you may have.
Any special circumstances should be addressed before the appointment.
